1.Service Agreement & Requirement (JD, JS)
Once you agree to use our services and submit your requirements to us, we will issue terms and conditions for your acceptance in writing.
We will then start looking through our candidate and talent pools to filter potential candidates who match with your requirements.
We will contact potential candidates by telephone to discuss and assess their skills, knowledge, salary expectation, and other areas. If they are the right match, our Recruitment Consultant will arrange a face-to-face interview with them.
4.Reference Check and Background Check
In the meantime, we will conduct reference checks and background checks to verify the ideal candidates’ identity, employment history, education, and criminal record to ensure safety and security.
In this initial interview, the ideal candidates will be required to take IQ, EQ, IT and other tests to assess their personality, character, communication skills and work skills to ensure the candidates are the right fit.
Now, we are ready to propose you with a list of 3 – 5 candidates who are the best matches to the job. You will be able to compare and select the one(s) you would like to interview.
7.Final Interview by Client
We will arrange a final interview for you to meet with your selected candidates where you can personally assess their qualification and personality. You will also be able to request for an additional shortlist from us, provided there was no successful candidate from the previously proposed shortlist. Your satisfaction is our commitment.
In this stage, you will be making your final choice following the final interview. We will work together with the successful candidate to prepare them before entering into an employment with you, and we will follow up on each placement to ensure smooth on-boarding.
9.Service Fee Payment
After the candidate has started work with you and our services meet with the agreed terms and conditions, we will process invoicing for payment.

We use job portals by both posting jobs to attract candidates and searching for resumes to enhance our candidate and talent pools.
Smarter Member is our in-house developed online database which candidates use to apply for jobs and update their resumes at anywhere and anytime. It is modern, convenient and simple to use.
We conduct walk-in interview sessions to pool candidates. All candidates will be interviewed individually and required to take IQ, EQ, IT and other tests to assess their personality, character, communication skills and work skills to ensure the candidates are the right fit for our clients.
